Are Home Chef representatives really getting a goldfish?
Via our customer satisfaction survey sent through email after a correspondence with Home Chef support, customers have the option to rate the representative they interacted with, as well as reward that particular agent with a special gift for great service.
Home Chef is not actually forcing our customer support team to adopt a pet goldfish, but those ratings and rewards do turn into real (though not alive) gifts for our agents – so if you had a good experience with our customer support team, show your appreciation with a reward!
