Calorie-Conscious: fewer than 625 calories per serving.
Carb-Conscious: fewer than 35g of carbohydrates per serving.
Fresh-Start: Calorie and Carb-Conscious and Protein-Packed (at least 30g protein per serving).
Keto-Friendly: 15g or less of net carbs per serving. Net carbs are calculated as carbohydrates minus fiber.
Vegetarian: 6+ options each week, plus any standard meal tagged as 'Customize It Impossible' is eligible to swap out the protein with Impossible meat.
Mediterranean: flavorful meals full of fresh, high quality veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins.
