First, ask the intended recipient to check their Inbox and Spam folder. If they are still unable to located, you can resend the email by clicking “VIEW OR MANAGE ORDER” on your gift confirmation email and clicking on “Recipient can’t find the email?” link. If that doesn’t work, we’ll be happy to assist in resending the e-gift card. Please contact Customer Support.
