If your gift has not been opened, you can change the recipient email address by clicking VIEW OR MANAGE ORDER on your gift confirmation email.
If your gift has been opened, please contact Customer Support and provide your order number to see if your gift has been redeemed.
If it has been redeemed, you will not be able to change the recipient email address.
You can update the scheduled date on your gift’s status page. Click the View and Manage button in your confirmation email to go to the gift status page, where you can change the date your gift notification will be sent.
