Why did I receive my Home Chef order in a Tempo box?

We’re currently testing a different packaging configuration at one of our distribution centers as part of ongoing efforts to improve packaging efficiency and sustainability.

As a result, some Home Chef customers may temporarily receive their order in a Tempo-branded box.

While the outside packaging may look different, your order contents, food quality, and food safety standards remain the same.

If you receive a Tempo-branded box addressed to you, it contains your Home Chef order and should be handled just as you would any other Home Chef delivery.
