I have credit on my account. How do I apply it to my order?

Any active credit on your Home Chef account will be automatically applied to your next scheduled order and will be deducted when your order is processed during the weekly Friday 12 PM CT deadline.

For information on the amount charged and credit applied on a processed order, click "Account" in the upper right corner, scroll down to Order History and click on the order date to view a breakdown of the meal selections, credit applied and the total charge.

If you have any additional questions regarding the credit on your account, contact our support team here and select 'Billing and Credit' in the drop down.
