How do I skip or reschedule my first delivery?

Since your first order is scheduled automatically when you complete sign up, you'll be unable to skip it on your end. But no worries! If you'd like to skip or reschedule that first order, you can either remove all of the meals from your order or you can contact our support team here and select 'Rescheduling My First Order' in the dropdown for further assistance.

Important Note: When you remove meals from your first order, it will still appear to be scheduled but when the deadline comes, our system will see that the order is empty and it will be automatically cancelled. You'll be able to use the skip button to skip all future weeks. 

Be sure to remove those meals or contact us before the weekly Friday 12 PM CST deadline of the week preceding the delivery.
