Your first order is scheduled automatically when you complete sign up, so the process for cancelling it is a little different from future deliveries. To cancel or reschedule your first order, please contact our support team here and select “Rescheduling My First Order” from the dropdown.
Be sure to reach out before Friday at 12 PM CST the week preceding your scheduled delivery, as we’re unable to cancel orders that have finalized, processed or shipped.
Cancelling your first order won’t pause or cancel your recurring subscription. To cancel your subscription, step-by-step instructions can be found here.
