How do I reschedule or cancel my first order?

Since your first order is scheduled automatically when you complete sign up for the subscription, the process for skipping (canceling) it will be a little different. But no worries! If you'd like to skip (cancel) or reschedule that first order, you can either remove all of the meals from your order or you can contact our support team here and select 'Rescheduling My First Order' in the dropdown for further assistance. 

Important Note: When you remove meals from your first order, it will show that the order is below the minimum requirement and may still appear to be scheduled. However, when the deadline comes, our system will see that the order is empty and it will be automatically cancelled. You'll be able to use the skip button to skip all future weeks.

Be sure to remove those meals or contact us before the weekly Friday 12 PM CST deadline the week preceding the delivery. This does not cancel or pause your subscription. If you wish to cancel, see this article for further instructions.
