Home Chef orders are finalized and charged every Friday at 12:00 PM (CST) for the upcoming delivery week. Shortly after that deadline, your payment method will be charged.
We’re not able to process payments in advance or charge for multiple deliveries at once. Each order is charged individually at the deadline the week before it ships.
If you see a recent charge, it means either:
Your account is active and a regular order was processed
- You manually un-skipped a delivery on a paused account
You can verify which delivery was charged by checking your Order History in your account.
